Co-founder of Strategyzer, a platform offering tools and training for business model innovation. Osterwalder developed the Business Model Canvas in his doctoral thesis and popularised it through the book 'Business Model Generation' (2010), co-authored with Yves Pigneur. He later extended the framework with the Value Proposition Canvas, helping organisations map customer needs against product offerings.
