Indie.vc; "real businesses," anti-blitzscale thesis

Bryce Roberts co-founded Indie.vc, an alternative venture fund that offered founders revenue-based repayment structures instead of conventional equity-exit arrangements. Previously a partner at O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures (OATV), he built a track record backing early-stage companies. He is most identified with the thesis that durable, cash-generative businesses are preferable to growth-first startups engineered solely for acquisition or IPO.
