Dave Snowden is founder and chief scientific officer of Cognitive Edge, a research and consultancy network. He developed the Cynefin framework, a five-domain model distinguishing ordered, complex, and chaotic contexts to guide decision-making. Originally developed at IBM, Cynefin is now widely used in organisational strategy, policy, and agile practice.
