Dixon Doll
DCM; cross-border (US/Asia) VC model
Dixon Doll co-founded DCM (originally Doll Capital Management) in 1996, building one of the first venture firms to systematically bridge Silicon Valley and Asian markets, particularly China and Japan. The firm backed early-stage internet and technology companies across both geographies. He is credited with institutionalising the cross-border VC playbook that later became a template for US-Asia technology investing.
