Felix Oberholzer-Gee
Better, Simpler Strategy; value-based strategy (WTP-WTS)
Professor at Harvard Business School, where he teaches business strategy in MBA and executive programmes. His 2021 book *Better, Simpler Strategy* argues that firms create value by raising customer WTP or lowering employee and supplier WTS, making the Value Stick the central diagnostic tool. The framework has gained traction as a practitioner-friendly alternative to Porter's Five Forces.
