Henrique Dubugras is co-founder and co-CEO of Brex, the business finance platform he built alongside Pedro Franceschi after dropping out of Stanford. Previously he co-founded Pagar.me, a Brazilian payments processor, giving him deep payments-infrastructure experience before age 20. Brex is best known for pioneering a charge-card model underwritten on company cash balances rather than personal credit, later expanding into software-led spend management.
