Hussain Sajwani is the founder and chairman of DAMAC Properties, which he established in Dubai in 2002 and grew into one of the Middle East's largest luxury real-estate developers. He built the business on a vertically integrated model delivering high-end branded residences across the Gulf, with partnerships including the Trump Organisation on golf-course communities.
