User Story Mapping
Jeff Patton is an independent product design and agile development consultant and author. He created the User Story Mapping technique, which arranges user stories along two axes — user activity and release priority — to give teams a whole-product view rather than a flat backlog. His 2014 O'Reilly book, *User Story Mapping*, codified the practice and is widely used in product and agile teams.
