Jensen Huang co-founded Nvidia in 1993 and remains its CEO, having built it into one of the world's most valuable companies on the back of GPU computing and AI infrastructure. His operating model eschews traditional management layers: he holds no private 1-on-1s, maintains roughly 50 direct reports, and argues that radical transparency and shared mission replace the need for hierarchy. Nvidia's CUDA platform and H-series chips became the dominant substrate for modern AI training.
