Larry Summers

Former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and former President of Harvard University, Summers is currently a professor at Harvard Kennedy School. He has advised multiple U.S. administrations and led the National Economic Council under President Obama. His restatement of Alvin Hansen's secular stagnation thesis from 2013 onwards shaped a generation of debate on growth, investment, and monetary policy.
