Jet/Diapers/Walmart operator playbook

Marc Lore founded Quidsi (Diapers.com), acquired by Amazon in 2011, then launched Jet.com using a novel smart-cart pricing algorithm before selling to Walmart in 2016. He subsequently served as President & CEO of Walmart eCommerce US, applying a founder-operator playbook centred on unit-economics discipline and aggressive customer acquisition. He later founded Wonder, a multi-restaurant food-delivery concept.
