Margaret Wheatley

Leadership and the New Science.

Margaret Wheatley is a writer, speaker, and co-founder of the Berkana Institute, a global charitable leadership foundation. Her 1992 book 'Leadership and the New Science' reframed organisations as living systems rather than machines, drawing on chaos theory, quantum physics, and biology. She has since written extensively on leadership in conditions of uncertainty and societal breakdown.
