Nancy Leveson
STAMP; Engineering a Safer World.
Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT, where she has worked for decades on software and systems safety. She developed STAMP (Systems-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes) and the STPA hazard-analysis technique derived from it. Her 2012 book 'Engineering a Safer World' codified this framework and is widely used in aerospace, defence, and healthcare.
