Roubini is Professor Emeritus at NYU Stern School of Business and founder of Roubini Macro Associates. He gained international attention for forecasting the 2008 housing and credit collapse years before it occurred. His 2022 book 'MegaThreats' argues that ten overlapping crises — from debt to climate to deglobalisation — threaten the world economy simultaneously.
