Payal Kadakia founded ClassPass in 2013 and served as its CEO before transitioning to Executive Chairman. Under her leadership ClassPass grew into a global fitness marketplace operating across dozens of countries. She is also the founder of the Sa Dance Company, a classical Indian dance troupe based in New York.
