Authentic Leadership

Bill George is a Senior Fellow at Harvard Business School and former Chairman and CEO of Medtronic. He built Medtronic's market capitalisation from $1.1bn to $60bn over twelve years. He is best known for his 2003 book 'Authentic Leadership', which introduced a widely adopted model centring on purpose, values, relationships, self-discipline, and compassion.
