Clayton Christensen (BM)
Disruptive Innovation business model, Jobs-to-be-Done
Harvard Business School professor whose 1997 book 'The Innovator's Dilemma' introduced Disruptive Innovation theory, explaining how smaller entrants unseat established incumbents. He later developed the Jobs-to-be-Done lens, arguing customers hire products to fulfil specific functional and social jobs. Christensen co-founded consultancy Innosight to apply these frameworks in practice.
