Bruce Tuckman
Forming-Storming-Norming-Performing
Bruce Tuckman was an educational psychologist and professor at Ohio State University. In 1965 he published his landmark model of small-group development, identifying four sequential stages teams pass through; he added a fifth stage, Adjourning, in 1977. The framework remains one of the most cited models in organisational behaviour and team management.
