Lean Thinking (with Womack), value-stream mapping

Daniel T. Jones is a British management scholar and co-founder of the Lean Enterprise Academy. With James Womack, he co-authored seminal works including 'The Machine That Changed the World' and 'Lean Thinking', which distilled Toyota Production System principles into globally applicable management doctrine. He is credited with popularising value-stream mapping as a diagnostic tool for identifying and removing non-value-adding steps in business processes.
