Edgar Huse
Organization Development foundations
Edgar F. Huse was a professor at Boston College whose textbook 'Organization Development and Change' became a standard reference in the emerging OD field. He synthesised behavioural science research with applied change management, giving practitioners a structured framework for diagnosing and improving organisations. The text was later revised by Cummings and Worley, extending his influence into subsequent generations of OD scholarship.
