Frances Frei is a professor at Harvard Business School specialising in service operations and leadership. She developed the Trust Triangle — authenticity, logic, and empathy — as a diagnostic tool for leaders. She co-authored 'Unleashed' (2020) with Anne Morriss and advised Uber on culture reform as its SVP of Leadership and Strategy.
