Smart Collaboration in professional firms

Distinguished Fellow at Harvard Law School's Centre on the Legal Profession and faculty chair of its executive-education programmes. Her decade-long research across global professional firms produced the book Smart Collaboration (2017) and its follow-up Smarter Collaboration (2022). Her central argument is that firms and individual professionals earn higher margins and greater client loyalty when experts work across practice boundaries rather than operating as solo specialists.
