Hirotaka Takeuchi

Professor at Harvard Business School, where he teaches strategy and innovation. Co-authored 'The Knowledge-Creating Company' (1995) with Nonaka, which introduced the SECI framework (Socialisation, Externalisation, Combination, Internalisation) explaining how firms convert tacit into explicit knowledge.
