Managing to Learn, A3 problem-solving

John Shook served as Chairman and CEO of the Lean Enterprise Institute, the non-profit organisation founded by James Womack. One of the first Americans hired by Toyota to work in Japan, he spent years embedding lean thinking inside the company.
