Radical Candor
Kim Scott is a co-founder of Candor, Inc. and executive coach who previously held leadership roles at Google and Apple. She built her management philosophy from direct experience running teams at scale, distilling it into the Radical Candor model — the idea that managers must combine personal care with direct challenge to bring out the best in people. Her 2017 book *Radical Candor* made the framework a staple of modern people-management practice.
