Michael Bosworth is a sales author and trainer best known for developing the Solution Selling methodology in the 1980s, later formalised in his 1994 book of the same name. He subsequently co-founded CustomerCentric Selling, refining his approach to focus on buyer-centric dialogue over product pitching.
