Co-founder of Genesis Advisers, a leadership onboarding consultancy, and a professor who has taught at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. His 2003 book *The First 90 Days* established a structured, 90-day framework for leaders navigating role transitions. The book became a staple of executive onboarding programmes globally and was updated in 2013.
