Former Chief Talent Officer at Netflix (1998–2012) and author of 'Powerful: Building a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility' (2018). Co-authored the Netflix Culture Deck with Reed Hastings, a slide deck later described by Sheryl Sandberg as possibly the most important document to come out of Silicon Valley. Now works as an adviser and speaker on organisational culture and people practices.
