Richard Pascale is a business strategist and associate fellow at Saïd Business School, Oxford, formerly on the faculty at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He co-developed the 7S Framework with Tom Peters and Robert Waterman at McKinsey, and his 1990 book 'Managing on the Edge' argued that organisations thrive through managed tension and conflict rather than equilibrium.
