Servant Leadership
Robert K. Greenleaf spent a career at AT&T before founding the Centre for Applied Ethics (later the Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership). His 1970 essay 'The Servant as Leader' introduced the idea that the test of leadership is whether followers grow as persons and become more capable. His framework has since shaped leadership development in business, education, and non-profit sectors worldwide.
