Robert H. Waterman Jr. is a former McKinsey & Company director turned independent author and consultant. With Tom Peters, he co-authored 'In Search of Excellence' (1982), one of the best-selling business books ever, which identified eight attributes shared by high-performing companies. He also co-developed the McKinsey 7S Framework, a model for analysing organisational effectiveness across seven interdependent elements.
