Stephen M.R. Covey is a speaker, author, and co-founder of FranklinCovey's Speed of Trust practice. As former CEO of Covey Leadership Center, he grew it into a global firm before its merger with Franklin Quest. His book *The Speed of Trust* (2006) introduced the 'trust tax/dividend' model, contending that organisational trust directly affects speed and cost of execution.
