In Search of Excellence, McKinsey 7S
Tom Peters is a management consultant and author who rose to prominence through his work at McKinsey & Company in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He co-authored 'In Search of Excellence' (1982) with Robert H. Waterman Jr., one of the best-selling business books of all time, and helped develop the 7S Framework for organisational analysis. His work shifted management thinking away from purely structural approaches toward people, culture, and execution.
