Tim Brown is executive chair of IDEO, the global design consultancy he led as CEO for two decades. He popularised design thinking as a business discipline through his 2009 book *Change by Design* and a widely cited Harvard Business Review article. His work argues that empathy-driven, iterative design processes should sit at the centre of organisational strategy.
