BJ Fogg
Tiny Habits; behavior model.
BJ Fogg is a research psychologist and founder of the Behaviour Design Lab at Stanford University. He developed the Fogg Behavior Model, which holds that behaviour occurs when motivation, ability, and a prompt converge simultaneously. His 2019 book Tiny Habits translates this framework into a practical system for building new habits by anchoring small actions to existing routines.
