Howard Raiffa

Raiffa was Frank Plumpton Ramsey Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. He co-founded the discipline of decision analysis, producing foundational work on Bayesian decision theory and negotiation. His co-authored book Smart Choices (1999) distilled the PrOACT framework for structured personal and organisational decision-making.
