Katy Milkman is a professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and co-founder of the Behaviour Change for Good Initiative. Her research applies behavioural science to health, savings, and habit formation. She is best known for coining 'temptation bundling' — pairing effortful tasks with enjoyable rewards — and for her 2021 book How to Change.
