Getting to Yes
Roger Fisher was a professor at Harvard Law School and co-founder of the Harvard Negotiation Project. He co-authored Getting to Yes (1981) with William Ury, introducing principled negotiation—a method centred on separating people from problems and focusing on interests over positions. The framework became a cornerstone of modern conflict resolution, mediation, and sales methodology.
